The Scandinavian International Olive Oil Competition (SIOOC) is an innovative concept conceived by Biotech & Process Engineer R. Chouket, designed to invigorate the competition across multiple Scandinavian participating countries. Each year, this prestigious event announces its results in one of the capitals of these nations. This approach strategically avoids monotony, as hosting the competition in the same country every year can be less engaging.

The world of extra virgin olive oils is characterized by intense competition, aimed at achieving the highest standards and exceptional quality. International competitions have emerged as a platform for producers to showcase their products, encourage participation, and inspire the elevation of olive oil excellence.
